Obviously I don't know what I'm doing

Okay, I decided to change my background and lost everything but my blogs. No lists, no music, no pictures down the side. What did I do wrong? I feel like I've wasted the day just setting my blog back up and its not even done yet. Oh well, I guess the important stuff is there. I really don't know how anyone has time to keep up with all this blogging.
